Welcome to California's Workforce Investment Board's Strategic State Plan web page. This page will provide you with important links for the development of California's new Two-Year Strategic State Plan for the Workforce Investment system. The Strategic State Plan will address the first two years of what will eventually be a five-year State plan for Title I of the Workforce Investment Act of 1998 and the Wagner Peyser Act.
The California Workforce Investment Board encourages the public to participate in the development of this new Strategic State Plan.
